Guided Tour of Varese

Together with Benvenuto Club Monza, Nov 17th. Once again Sonja Borroni showed

us the hidden secrets of Varese. After a brief introduction about Varese's history we visited the "Giardini Estense" and the beautiful townhall (Villa Estense) where we had the opportunity to see also the mayor's office. Later on we immersed ourselves into the historic centre of Varese and Sonja showed us the precious paintings and art work inside the Basilica San Vittore. Thank you very much Sonja for this very interesting tour! (I really like your lively and enthusiastic presentations!) Together with our visitors from Monza we had a great outing (even the weather was nice) which was completed by a joint lunch in the pizzeria Medioevo
